Placement Test for Level 3–12 Math

All new students enrolling in M 3–12 Math are required to complete a placement assessment.

• The assessment fee is $10 per course and is non-refundable.

• The results help ensure your child is placed in the class that best matches their current skills

  and understanding.

• Students who take the assessment may change levels during the school year at no extra cost.

Selecting the Right Math Class

• Use the provided chart to choose the Math class that fits your child’s abilities.

• Indicate the correct Class Code on the registration form under “Class.”

• Important: If your child has not completed the placement assessment before submitting the form,

  a final placement review will be conducted to assign the most appropriate class.

Tuition Fee Guidelines

• Early Bird is from May 7th to June 15th – Fees and Admin costs will be waived

• Tuition is non-transferable and cannot be applied to future school years.

• Refunds are available before July 31, 2025, with a $40 registration fee per course deducted.

• After July 31, 2025, tuition is non-refundable, regardless of when the registration was submitted.
